L et's start out by saying that using visual inspection of the eye as a method for determining gender is NOT efficient. It could however provide an inkling, or hint as to what sex your blue tongued skink might be. Mike owns numerous blue tongued skinks, and believes he is noticing a trend in the shape of the eye. Keep us posted! Take a look at these below photos, and see if you see a trend between the male's eyes, and the female's eyes. Remember, if your blue tongue's eye resembles one of the below, it does NOT by any means guarantee the sex of your skink! All of the following are Irian Jaya unless otherwise noted.
