I have in the past cared for an iguana, that was years ago before I had my children. Now that they are older, I got a BTS. My husband currently cares for a Crested Gecko. I am also getting him an emerald swift for a late father's day gift.
Other Pets:
2 tarantulas, tailless whip scorpion(and her 6 babies that survived and thrive), and an emperor scorpion. We also have a parakeet, and a maltipoo.
Pet/Reptile Advice:
Research every thing you can before you purchase a reptile.
Reptile Pet Peeve:
The improper handling, advice, and set ups of reptiles and insects in pet stores. Also we have come across many tarantulas which are not ID correctly.
